No, Happy Cloud Cannabis will only sell recreational cannabis. In Massachusetts, a business must be a licensed cultivator in order to obtain a license to sell medical cannabis. Since we are a retail-only operation, we are not eligible to offer medical cannabis products. However, adults 21 and older, including medical patients, are welcome to purchase recreational cannabis from our store.

The vote for approval of establishing the Marijuana Enterprise Overlay District at 12 Teal Road will occur in person at the Wakefield Town Meeting on Monday May 5, 2025. The meeting begins at 7:00 PM in the auditorium at the Galvin Middle School located at 525 Main Street.
